Business Management is basically management of an organisation, whether it’s a non-profit organisation a business, or government entity. n Business Management also involves the management of human resources of a business, as well as other areas such as accounting and finance. n Business Management includes human resource management, talent acquisition, recruitment, and development, training and development, and salary policy. This field of management mainly focuses on small and medium-sized businesses, though some of its applications have extended to other industries such as the information technology industry and labour management. Some key concepts of n Business Management include human capital management, customer relations management, and business-cycle management.

The basic aim of n Business Management is to create a business that can sustain in the long-term, with enough spare cash flow so as to meet the projected sales and/or operating expenses and goals. In other words, it aims to build long-term viability of a business by ensuring that the financial needs of the stakeholders are met, whilst at the same time allowing for growth and flexibility in order to meet competition and maintain market share. n Business Management also incorporates planning, budgeting, allocation of resources, and conflict resolution. n Business Management involves the use of various techniques in order to make better decisions, which in turn allows for better implementation of policies and procedures. This is one of the most important aspects of Business and Management, as it helps to ensure the success of any business or organisation.

Business Management differs from other forms of management in that it attempts to solve problems through problem solving methods and a hands-on approach. The aim of n Business Management is to reduce costs and increase productivity. In other words, n Business Management tries to provide an objective, pragmatic, yet flexible management system that is capable of taking the business through difficult times and providing a competitive advantage. In a way, n Business Management helps to ensure that when times are tough, people are still able to function and continue to run their businesses, and that they do not lose their professional reputation or market share. n Business Management is, in essence, an attempt to remain relevant in a world where almost everything is changing so fast and frequently.
